Order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or call 310.475.2224  between 10am and 5pm PST.  Please note, Diane Gail handbags are limited editions, quantity is limited.

Shipping and Delivery  Diane Gail Designs processes orders within 1-2 business days. Add an additional 2-7 days for standard shipping. In most cases your order will be received within 10 business days. You will be notified of any out of stock or back-ordered merchandise. Unless we hear from you, your items will be shipped when they become available. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

UPS Express Service - available for in stock merchandise only. An additional $20.00 will be added to your order.We are unable take non-U.S orders online. Please call us to order.

Returns and Exchanges  We want your experience to be a great one. Therefore, we are glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item must be returned to Diane Gail Designs within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. In order to process your return, you must call Diane Gail Designs at 310.475.2224 for return authorization.  Returns that have not been authorized, will not be accepted or credited.

Please note that all sale items purchased are final sale. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.  We also take a 3% restocking fee for retuned merchandise.   Made-to-order items are NOT returnable.

Return your order by mail: Send the item you wish to return to our Customer Service Returns Department at:  2130 Manning Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90025

Use the original packing for returning your purchase.

  • Include your original packing slip, so we can properly issue your refund or contact you if necessary.
  • Send by UPS and regular mail only.

We will promptly credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new item(s) when they are ready to ship.

If you are returning a gift we will issue a credit voucher directly to the gift recipient. We cannot refund shipping charges.

It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or send a credit voucher if you are a gift recipient. If you have any questions about your return, please email sales@dianegail.com or call Customer Service at 310.475.2224 between 10am and 5pm PST.
